Alastair Binnie-Lubbock

Alastair is a campaigner, fundraiser, events and communications specialist, focusing on environmental and social justice with over a decade of experience and a deep interest in UK politics and policy. Alastair has worked in the political and non-profit sector since 2015.

Having participated in several successful campaigns including the campaign against compulsory ID Cards in the UK, and launching AdBlock Hackney, Alastair joined the Sortition Foundation at an exciting time for the campaign to replace the House of Lords with a House of Citizens.

Locally Alastair has campaigned for Citizens' Assemblies on the climate emergency and has a background in media production, having worked with young people across the UK, training them in making their own documentaries about their lives and society.
