Ruth is the Sortition Foundation's Director of Operations. Her background is in operations and primarily in the education, social justice, mental health, and diversity & inclusion sectors. She believes that the current political systems are not working for everyone and that being deliberate with interdisciplinary collaboration is the only way to tackle the “big” problems of today and that building ecosystems of wisdom and viewpoints strengthens collective action. 

When she's not working, Ruth can probably be found looking up new recipes (and increasingly, vegetarian/vegan ones) to try out.
