Caroline is a Project Manager at the Sortition Foundation, bringing over 10 years of experience in managing high-impact projects. Before joining the Foundation, Caroline led the delivery of a government funded programme aimed at addressing educational disadvantage with a focus on improving access and outcomes for young people in underrepresented communities.  

 

She is passionate about equal rights and inclusive processes that reflect the diversity of society. Outside of work Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through a love of sport and adventure!
