On Thursday 10th September, 2020, Climate Assembly UK published its long-awaited report on how the UK should reach net zero emissions by 2050.
We recruited a representative sample of 110 people (2 pulled out before the end of the assembly) from all across the UK, making sure that the assembly was a true microcosm of UK society with respect to age, gender, location and several other categories.
We are proud to have supported Climate Assembly UK and hope that the UK government will listen carefully to the recommendations in the report and respond appropriately.
