Finn is an Independent Director with Sortition Foundation. Born and raised in New Zealand, he has worked across the not-for-profit and startup sectors in Aotearoa New Zealand, holding governance roles with Trust Democracy, Social Change Collective, Collective Intelligence, and Generation Zero along the way.

Finn believes the greatest challenges of our time are solvable - but only if everyone has a voice at the table. This is what drives his work in democratic innovation, alongside his interest in future of work.
