At the end of last year we sought some new directors of Sortition Foundation and received many very strong applications and have now chosen three experienced political campaigners to help advise our campaigns team.
- Rachel Oliver cut her teeth campaigning at 38 Degrees and now empowers the public to reimagine the money and banking system for the wellbeing of people and our planet at Positive Money.
- Andrew Cave has worked for the last twenty years as a political adviser, communicator and campaigner for politicians, not-for-profit organisations, charities and large multinationals.
- Ansel Herz is a former investigative journalist, served as Digital Director for U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders in 2020, and is currently communications director at DemocracyNext.
We welcome all these exceptionally talented individuals and are very grateful for their time, energy and expertise as we progress our campaign to transform politics and make citizens' assemblies a permanent part of the democratic infrastructure.
